The goal is Muscle Mommy

When I first got my hormones checked they were off but according to blood tests I wasn’t in Menopause. My Menopause delayed prolonged my life after a hysterectomy.  We did quit hormone replacement therapy due to finances from losing our business. (NO regret. Blessing in disguise). Our business paid for the doctors and medication without insurance. We were a small trucking business that generated allot of income from allot of hard work and sacrifice. We were living in the semi truck team driving, working 24 hours and 7 days a week with 2-3 days off every 2-3 months. That is why we don’t take part in many financial hardship debates. At times there are solutions, just not preferred solutions. It is like praying for something and you receive it but it isn’t what you wanted. Does that mean prayer was not answered? I’m not religious. More skeptical and prefer psychology.

We kept our medical records from all the visits. There is male menopause as well. Testosterone can turn into estrogen. Women have testosterone, progesterone and estrogen. Men take medication to get rid of estrogen, medication to protect their scrotum while taking testosterone and testosterone.

Testosterone thickens blood and raises cholesterol so a blood test checks blood thickening, cholesterol, organ health and more. We are waiting to start hormone therapy until we achieve weight loss goals so we are ready for muscle building medication while adjusting hormones. I have always wanted to be muscular since I was a teenager. Both of us have muscular goals we are working towards. Having Neanderthal DNA shows we can accomplish it. I have been dealing with menopause symptoms. Adult content, lube and cannabis has been a huge help.

AARP has good articles about menopause and finding a provider. If you want to become an AARP member, click my link below!

Some might be offended by the photo I chose to feature. For me it artistic and a sign of health. It is actually something I feel hard work and sacrifice has improved. My body is art and I am sculpting it. We intend to be a healthy and strong senior citizens.

Before photo. Featured photo is after.
