Skin Care and Make-up for All Genders

With all the politics of gender norms, lets talk skincare. Some would say it is unmanly to wear skin cream and makeup. The comparison is many times the masculine image on television. I hate to break it to you, but the majority of actors on television are wearing makeup (explore the history of Pan-cake). The males are also doing skin care along with the other genders. Their body is their tool on the camera. Makeup helps them hide imperfections and improves appearance features.  Makeup accent positive features in both men and women.

Skin care feeds and moisturizes the skin. It is self care. Hubby, myself and my sons use eye cream and face cream daily. It is not a gender issue… It is self care.

You want to redirect the eye or draw attention away from a flaw? Makeup is cheaper than plastic surgery. Learn your best side for cameras, lighting while utilizing makeup you will be surprised on how your appearance changes. Might also put some confidence in you. Instead of ego and politics deciding our self care while Hollywood clearly demonstrates the benefits, I encourage all genders to explore for yourselves. Create your life and allow it to be beautiful. I encourage you to live your best life fully that hurts no one, including yourself.
