Self Care Practice

Today is a self care day for me. I went to the dentist for 2 fillings and a cap on a broken tooth. I didn’t know the tooth was broken until after X-rays. Got a little sick after the dentist appointment probably due to plasma and medicines. The dentist office was a blessing. Very humble caring people who do very good work and I am grateful for them.

I have had a broken tooth in the past get pulled after I bit down on food with a tongue ring. I pulled the tongue ring out soon after. The tongue ring was fun and a good experience. I have had a belly button ring that never healed and I let grow back. At least I can say I experienced it I guess.

I have a Cavitation Machine I want to start using while I loose weight. I have been menopausal and using supplements to level out.  I have heard weight-loss can help hormones balance out. I really want to loose weight while growing out my hair. Once my hair is grown out I can shape it to my face. My life is Boho Hippie Vibes. Things are so negative, gloom and doom with battles of power. I just want to live in positive vibes while creating art with beauty.

I need to work out in the gym. I love how my buttocks is looking. I got new shorts from Pornhub I am hoping to wear this summer. I want to be lean not skinny.

I am taking my meditation practice broader. I have also added meditations and affirmations to my practice. I am trying to expand my spiritual practice. Really soul enriching vibes I have about it.

I had a talk with someone about self esteem with a humble person who struggled with feeling misunderstood. People misunderstand each other and it is even more so with the distractions. Everyone has a different ah-ha moment. I am too busy to be concerned about if I am liked or not. Paths will cross at the right time or never. I am too busy focused on building to give outsiders too much mind unless it is a need. I just focus on my life and not everyone needs to understand. I hope that helps.
