Now Tea

Decided to give up coffee this week and switch to tea. We have anxiety challenges in our family was part of the reason. Coffee is rising in price and with all the politics we decided to save money, get rid of stressors and enjoy relaxing with tea. Our family does have British DNA roots so it is fun to incorporate our heritages in different areas that beautify our lifestyle.

Tea we can grow at home or purchase in bulk from a tea shop. The local tea shop allows us to bring our canister for reuse which saves on time in recycling or trash. With tea we will stay warm, hydrated and supplement our health. A cup of hot tea flavored with homemade syrup on a cold day while reading a book sounds so relaxing.

I heat the water in the evening and fill the hot water thermos for hot water throughout the day. I am collecting tea pots and have a tea cozy for my tea pots. I am not sure I will ever have enough tea accessories. We have reusable tea strainers. I need more of a collection I think. Right now in my tea cup is golden seal, wild yam and chamomile. Allergies bothering my glands after quitting smoking so I am treating them along with hormones and nerves. If you are on medication talk to a doctor before copying what is in my cup. I am talking about my cup. Talk to a doctor about your own.
