Day 1 of Pivoting

I am a legally ordained minister and have added it to my social media profiles. I do not desire any form of religion. I still have allot of respect for Anton LaVey. With all the politics, I decided to step back from satanism not in disagreement but respect. I am more agnostic anyway. I do like to consider myself a witch tho. Witch with a switch. (insert laughter with teeth).

Day one quitting nicotine was difficult. Nausea, spacing, energy loss challenged me, so I made myself work out in the gym for 30+ minutes. Paid attention to items that made me feel gorgeous and put my mind on the over all goal.

I took my blood pressure and it dropped. Not as low as I would like it, but it was allot better than it was. Now the attention goes to weight loss. I intend to get to my goal teeth out.
