No More Smoking Videos

We are finishing up filming all smoking videos for September. The last smoking video will be live around September 30th. My blood pressure is starting to rise higher than would like it. Measuring it, smoking is the majority factor, obesity is second. I have had prior nursing experience, I don’t like doctors and I’m doing everything I should be doing instead of putting all hope in a magic pill (lots of pills are getting recalled lately anyway). I have long term health goals I would prefer to entertain.
