I weighed and measured my body with fabric tape measure and I am no longer in Stage 3 obesity. I am now in Stage 2 obesity.

I started weight loss at 199 lbs after being negative for cervical cancer cells almost going to transform into Cancer cells. Fortunately the cells were removed.

If you have a cervix get your pap or a home test for HPV screening. You are more likely than not to have HPV, so no shame in checking. Shouldn’t be shame anyway or anyone’s business you taking care of yourself. BTW, male HPV turns into testicular cancer. For all genders HPV can turn into throat cancer. No judgment just elevate and improve.
