Food and books

Trying to get content up on the sites I had to limit work in the morning due to raptors trying to come in for a meal at my expense. The raptors have acres we gave them to hunt but they have gotten the taste of duck. We are not going to refresh our ducks. Once they are gone that is it on our homestead duck wise.

Having my last round of beers to celebrate my birthday early before going on weight loss medication. On the medication alcohol will make me sick. I am back in excessive obesity range. I measured my body with measuring tape to find my BMI. Measuring is more accurate than the scale.

Vegetarian has kept my calories in fat burning range and is satisfying. I’m not going full vegetarian. I still add animal protein occasionally. Once weight is dropped I will be going back to omnivore. I need to clean my system. Animal and food politics is a broad topic that many with a loud voice know little about. I have weighed broader having worked in agribusiness and needed a food pantry in my younger days. It is a pointless topic for me.

I got a free book for my birthday. I just had to pay shipping. I decided to get a banned book. We have been collecting and reading books for 26 years so our collection is big. We watch documentaries and when they mention a book, we add it to our collection and reading pile. So far I am working on 4 books to read.

I was happy I blocked allot of futile connections to my profile to prevent unnecessary interactions that serve no one. I realize blocking people can get around it, but it is a boundary that I found is necessary especially if it turns into harassment and stalking. I decided I no longer desire to remember some individuals and it was time I let go and disconnected online presence. They are not my audience and I have no intention to entertain them.
