Body Goals

I am getting back on weight loss medication. I am taking Semaglutide. I have been on it in the past loosing 20 lbs a month. I did have some nausea and no interest in food. Food was gross to me. What my doctor at the time instructed me to do was drink protein shakes to get my caloric needs. I still had energy and did drink shakes and allot of water.

The doctor included B12 shots with my weight loss prescription. B12 lacks in older adults. Usually it is added in weight loss. B12 can be lacking in those who eat meat so it is something good to talk about with your doctor. I am interested how it improves my health. I do question if I am low.

Always talk to a physician. I am talking only about my experience. Always follow doctor’s orders.

Coming off of it I would have low blood sugar at times and wanting to eat allot like the hormone in the stomach was trying to go hyperactive. I question if that was a side effect. I used THCV to counter it and it went away.

I have switched to a vegetarian diet. Can’t eat high fats with this medication or it will cause nausea. I also stopped drinking alcohol to not retain water plus it isn’t a good idea to drink alcohol on this medication. Over time I will be dropping allot of weight and finally achieving my body goals. I will share a before and after when I complete my body goals.

I am counting calories using MyFitnessPal and working out daily. Vegetarianism I have read improves libido. For high cholesterol increasing nuts creates good cholesterol to help clear the bad cholesterol. I am enjoying cooking and eating reduced calorie foods. For myself it is about health and lifestyle nothing more. I create the life I choose and it really isn’t important to me other people’s opinions. I probably wouldn’t like them anyway so it’s pointless.

For extra skin I am working out in my home gym, using a cavitation machine, adding collagen to my supplement and skin care, hydrating and adding more fruits and vegetables.  My birthday we are skipping cake and ice cream. Instead we are going to fast and hydrate.
