Cleaning House

We decided to block those we would prefer to never see again on social media after remembering the pain of the past. We questioned if shutting the door to the past will make room for a better future.

I have been reading Anton Levay’s books and am inspired to create. I have been working on my book and we are now writing our first song. When we were younger we discussed an idea, but never made it a reality. Thinking about Anton’s book reminded me of that and I decided to ask Andy if there was still an interest. We don’t want to use very many, if at all, cuss words in the songs. We want more emphasis on other areas as the main focal point. We do have a beginning started while taking a bath. Playing with the water gave me momentum.

 Andy went to college and studied music theory. He knows how write music. We both read music. I was trained in vocals by a college professor when I volunteered in Church choir. I am also a published poet and I am a lyricist. My range vocally was low alto to high soprano back then. Andy has worked in a recording studio and produced. Our son will help us in producing this single we are working on.

If we blocked you, rest assured you will not be named in the book. If we wanted you named, it would be through lawyers. We have had enough. You are dead to us. We know enough of you and it is time for us to move forward. No matter what we say it’s just dead words. Let’s not waste each other’s time anymore.
