Personal Trainer

Last year my Calculation was 41.4
I have taken the NASM Personal Trainer course. I didn’t get certified at the time but got info on how to train. My motivation was due to wanting not to be ignorant with unskilled trainers after multiple injuries. I felt the training cheaper compared to an injury if fitness was truly an interest. Last injury I got I has a vessel pinched in my neck from a move my trainer should have known better I felt. Being obese the training was different than the personal trainer instructions I learned in class. Ignorance can lead to injuries, so always double check experience before signing anything.
When the scale plaques, I use a measuring tape to figure out my body weight. Muscle weighs more than fat.

Bodybuilders are considered obese due to BMI with muscle and they are lean fat. Body builders as well as obese can have sleep apnea. I do have a mild case of sleep apnea. Always tell the doctor before any surgery if you have been diagnosed with sleep apnea.
If the neck radius is larger than 17 for men and 16 for women, you could have sleep apnea whether you are fit or obese. A sleep study can be done at home easily and inexpensively.
My sleep study was toggled to my phone with a monitor on my finger, chest, nose to measure and transmit wirelessly. I think I stopped breathing quite a few times. The weight on the chest and neck I think causes it. I had to have a physical from a medical examiner as a team truck driver and was forced, or lose my license, to use a machine when I sleep. Very uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep well with it so when I surrendered my Class A CDL, I stopped using it.
