Holiday Mood

The holidays have always been somewhat difficult time for me. I no longer celebrate it other than decorating. It is a busy time of year for us. Some of our family works from 6am to 9 or 10 pm sometimes 7 days a week. The holidays are more a time to relaxation and enjoying time together. We don’t do presents or big meals.

I had my first Cybermonday and I was unprepared. I am hoping to learn from this experience and be more prepared. I did upload videos to the new websites we are on. The videos are in review so once out of review they will be live.

I am distancing online from news and politics. I unfollowed many accounts because I have no answers, solutions or opinions. I just do porn, which I love doing,  and am a satanist. Many of the debates and opinions are either double minded or based on ignorance. My anxiety has been manageable but negativity I can do without. I prefer quietness and focused on my goals and responsibilities.

For Anxiety from PTSD I do have a Medical Cannabis Card. Harlequin is my favorite strain to help relax me and still function. For more information on Harlequin and to purchase seeds Click here.

If you want to learn how to grow cannabis here is a Grow Bible. Click the banner to get a free copy!

I did log out of social media on Black Friday with full intention to stay off but I noticed readers find my blog through Facebook which I appreciate. I decided to instead be more intentional using social media and being aware of needed breaks. Like I said, Holiday season is a bit difficult for me PTSD wise so I distance and focus more on self care. I really need to start practicing Yoga. If you are struggling during the holidays hang in there.  I really don’t have words of wisdom right now.
